It's always stressful when you're suspicious of your AC about to cut out, or when its struggling. I had made another appointment with another company, but they couldn't get to me for another week. Fantastic service! Not only did they do a great job when we had to have our main A/C unit replaced, but a few weeks later we decided we just couldn't get used to the recommended thermostat, after having a Nest for so long. We called them up, and Dean showed up the next morning to switch out the thermostat for us. We will definitely be using them again when it comes time to replace our other A/C. Kathy C.

We had an appointment set up this morning with another HVAC company, and when they did not arrive as scheduled, we phoned Rescue Air to see if they could help. They were kind, professional and efficient on the phone, extremely sympathetic to our plight (it's July! In Texas! No AC! HALP), and had their experienced, knowledgeable and proficient tech Roman at our home in just a few hours. After a few preliminary questions and a brief glance at our system, Roman had the immediate problem solved and our long-term solution outlined. He gave us a quote, and the paperwork after all the number crunching and details had been worked out was EXACTLY the same as his original quote-- no padding, no "taxes and fees", just literally on the money. He was exceptionally thorough and demonstrably educated in the field, and even treated us to a brief history of the company and their mission for excellence in HVAC. We have our new unit ordered, a very reasonable time frame for its delivery and installation-- and in the meantime, he was able to cajole our old system into eking out a few more days' worth of service to see us through. It's already 100% more comfortable in here, and we couldn't be more delighted with the service. We're actually ecstatic that the first place we called blew us off so we could have the genuine pleasure of dealing with Rescue Air instead! They stand by their products 100% because they have worked hard to understand where every single piece comes from and how it stands up to competing products. The warranty on parts and workmanship is beyond amazing, and we are confident that such a highly rated company will go to the ends of the earth to fulfill their contract.The pricing was precisely what we had expected after doing a bit of online research, and we have the rare joy of a true sense of rapport and trust in this company even after such a brief chance interaction. I called Rescue Air and the Roman came out and diagnosed the issue quickly. Turns out my VERY old AC system was ready to be replaced. Small hint was the smoke coming out of the unit. AC not keeping house cool...unit not making noise, fan stopped spinning. unit did come back on and briefly start to cool the house. went down from 80 to 78. but, stopped cooling again.
